Support On-Demand

Support On-Demand allows clients who have occasional IT support requirements to have the benefits of  Carter Tech's knowledge and experience and to schedule and pay for support as they need. We understand that when your technology fails you need you need it fixed quickly with minimal disruption to your business. We can get you back up and running as quickly as possible,

We realise that most business IT systems are interconnected (making faults harder to identify) and that you don't have the time to bring your equipment to us. We will come to your premises, troubleshoot the problem and come up with a solution. In extreme cases where we can't fix the problem on-site, we will up the equipment, repair it in-house and deliver it back to you.

For clients with more extensive support needs we also provide a Managed IT Service.
